1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Partnely. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Partnely, which operates the website partnely.com and all related services.
By using our Services, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use our Services.

- "Platform": The website partnely.com and all related services
- "User": Any individual or legal entity using the Platform
- "Professional": User offering digital services through the Platform
- "Client": User searching for services from Professionals
- "Subscription": Service package (Partner, Pro Partner, Elite Partner)
3. Description of Services
Partnely is a connection platform that allows Professionals to showcase their services and Clients to find and communicate with them.
Important Clarification
Partnely:
- DOES NOT intervene in transactions between Professionals and Clients
- DOES NOT provide the services showcased by Professionals
- DOES NOT guarantee the quality of Professional services
- DOES NOT process payments between Clients and Professionals
4. Registration and Account
Registration Rights
To create an account, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have full legal capacity
- Provide truthful and accurate information
- Accept these Terms
User Obligations
- Maintain password confidentiality
- Immediately notify of unauthorized access
- Use only for lawful purposes
- No multiple accounts
5. Special Terms for Professionals
As a Professional, you guarantee that:
- You are legally entitled to provide the services you offer
- Your profile information is truthful and accurate
- You will provide services according to your descriptions
- You will respond reasonably to messages
- You will comply with applicable laws and fulfill your tax obligations
6. Tax and Legal Compliance
6.1 Nature of the Platform
Partnely is a connection platform (marketplace) that facilitates communication between Clients and Professionals. Partnely:
- IS NOT an employer, intermediary, or agent of any user
- DOES NOT process, manage, or guarantee payments between users
- DOES NOT issue invoices or other documentation for transactions between users
- HAS NO role in shaping cooperation terms between Clients and Professionals
6.2 Professional Obligations
Each Professional using the Platform is solely responsible for:
- Their tax compliance according to Greek and international legislation
- Issuing invoices or other documentation, where required by law
- Paying taxes, contributions, and other charges arising from their activity
- Keeping books and records, if required
- Complying with professional practice rules (licenses, insurance, etc.)
- Informing their clients about billing methods and legal cooperation frameworks
6.3 Independent Contractors
All Professionals using the Platform operate as independent contractors. No employer-employee, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created between:
- Partnely and any user
- Professionals and Clients (unless explicitly agreed between them)
6.4 Client Obligations
Clients hiring services through the Platform are responsible to:
- Request appropriate documentation (invoices, receipts) from Professionals
- Fulfill their tax obligations regarding transactions
- Comply with labor and insurance legislation, where applicable
6.5 Disclaimer of Liability
Important Notice:
Responsibility for tax and legal compliance of each cooperation rests exclusively with the contracting parties (Professionals and Clients). Partnely does not provide tax or legal advice and is not liable for users' non-compliance with their obligations.
Users are advised to consult an accountant or tax advisor for their specific cases.
6.6 Violation Reporting
If we learn of or suspect that a user is violating tax or other laws, we may:
- Suspend or terminate their account
- Cooperate with competent authorities
- Provide information upon lawful request
7. Prohibited Behaviors
Strictly prohibited:
- Violation of any legislation
- Infringement of intellectual property rights
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation
- Distribution of malicious software
- Spam or unwanted communication
- False or misleading information
- Impersonation or fake reviews
8. Intellectual Property
All Platform content (logos, design, text, software) is property of Partnely and protected by Greek and international laws.
By submitting content, you grant Partnely a non-exclusive, worldwide license for Platform operation purposes.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
For detailed information about subscription packages, payment methods, and cancellation policy, refer to Part B: Payment Policy & Subscriptions below.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absence of errors
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profits
- We are not liable for third party actions (Professionals, Clients)
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months or €100
11. Termination
By User
You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Account → Delete.
By Partnely
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of Terms, illegal activity, or upon request from authorities.
12. Terms Modifications
We reserve the right to modify. For significant changes, we will notify at least 15 days in advance via email.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Greek Law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction for dispute resolution.

2. Payment Methods

Payment processing via Stripe, PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider.
3. Subscription Cancellation
How to cancel:
- Account → Settings → Plan
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm
What happens after cancellation:
- ✅ You keep access until end of current period
- ✅ No automatic future charges
- ✅ After expiry, account converts to Partner (free)
- ✅ Your data is retained
Important:
We do not offer money refunds. Cancelling your subscription means it will not auto-renew, but remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Plan Changes
Upgrade:
- Immediate activation of new features
- Pro-rata charge for remaining period
Downgrade:
- Effective from next billing period
- Keep features until expiry
5. Failed Payments
In case of automatic charge failure:
- You receive email notification
- 3 retry attempts within 7 days
- If all fail, subscription cancelled
- You can update payment details anytime
6. Invoicing
- 📧 Automatically sent to your email
- 📄 Available in Account → Payment History
- 🏢 For business invoice, complete details in Settings
7. Transaction Security
- 🔒 TLS 1.3 encryption
- 💳 PCI DSS Level 1 (via Stripe)
- 🛡️ 3D Secure authentication
- ❌ We don't store full card details
